What are the Razer Goliathus Chroma Extended Gaming Mouse Mat’s key specs?

The Razer Goliathus Chroma Extended Gaming Mouse Mat measures 920 × 294 × 3 mm and uses Razer Chroma RGB with 16.8 million colors. Those numbers give shoppers a quick way to check desk fit and lighting compatibility before a Black Friday purchase.

The surface is micro-textured cloth, and the base is non-slip rubber. The extended format is meant to place a keyboard and mouse on one shared mat. That means the 920 mm width is useful for a broad setup, while the 294 mm depth deserves a tape-measure check if your desk is crowded.

Lighting connects by USB, so leave a suitable port available and plan the cable route before setup. Listing photos and descriptions can vary by retailer, so verify the product name and included accessories rather than relying on a thumbnail alone.

How does the Razer Goliathus Chroma RGB lighting work?

The Razer Goliathus Chroma Extended Gaming Mouse Mat uses Razer Chroma RGB and supports a palette of 16.8 million colors. The lighting is intended to add a coordinated glow to a gaming desk and integrate with compatible Razer Chroma setups.

Color effects are a personal preference, but lighting can help tie a keyboard, mouse, headset stand, and PC together. Before buying, confirm that your preferred effects and software setup match the current product listing and your other gear. A USB connection is part of the setup, so check port access near the desk.

Think of the RGB as an aesthetic feature rather than a performance upgrade. The surface and dimensions are more important if your main goal is mouse control or desk coverage. If lighting is your reason for choosing this mat, confirm the listing says Chroma Extended and not a non-RGB Goliathus model.

Is the Razer Goliathus Chroma Extended Gaming Mouse Mat large enough for a keyboard and mouse?

The Razer Goliathus Chroma Extended Gaming Mouse Mat is 920 mm wide, giving many keyboard-and-mouse setups room to share one surface. Its 294 mm depth is the important measurement to compare with the space between your monitor stand and desk edge.

Measure the desk area you plan to cover, including space used by a keyboard wrist rest or a monitor base. Then compare that clear area with the mat’s 920 × 294 mm footprint. Mouse users who make broad movements should also check how much open surface remains beside their keyboard.

The 3 mm thickness gives the mat a low profile on the desk. If your desk is narrow or already crowded with a console, controller dock, or audio gear, map the footprint first. A precise fit check beats relying on a retailer photo, since perspective can make an extended mat look smaller than it is.

What is the surface and base like on the Razer Goliathus Chroma Extended Gaming Mouse Mat?

The Razer Goliathus Chroma Extended Gaming Mouse Mat pairs a micro-textured cloth surface with a non-slip rubber base. The cloth top is designed for mouse movement, and the rubber underside helps hold the mat on the desk during play.

Surface feel is personal, so use owner feedback and product details to decide whether a cloth mat suits your preferred mouse glide. Keep the mat clean according to the care information supplied by Razer, and avoid assumptions about washing or drying methods that are not stated in the product guidance.

The 3 mm thickness keeps the mat’s profile modest beside a keyboard. Check that the edge and cable placement work with your desk layout, especially if your keyboard sits close to the front edge. Buyers prioritizing RGB should also leave room to route the USB connection neatly.

What should shoppers check for Black Friday 2026?

Black Friday 2026 shoppers should verify the Razer Goliathus Chroma Extended Gaming Mouse Mat’s full name, color, stock status, and retailer terms before placing an order. Those checks help separate the extended RGB model from other Goliathus listings.

Compare the product page details across retailers, including the stated 920 × 294 × 3 mm dimensions, Chroma RGB, USB connection, and included accessories. Look closely at bundle contents: a listing image with extra desk gear does not automatically mean those items come with the mat.

Review shipping timing, return windows, and warranty information on the seller’s page. If a color option is important to your setup, check that the selected variant is the one shown in the cart. Stock can change quickly during major shopping events, so keep the exact model name handy when comparing listings.

Who should buy the Razer Goliathus Chroma Extended Gaming Mouse Mat?

The Razer Goliathus Chroma Extended Gaming Mouse Mat fits players who want a 920 mm RGB cloth surface for a keyboard-and-mouse desk. It is especially appealing when Razer Chroma lighting already features in the rest of the setup.

The mat is less suited to shoppers with a shallow desk, no spare USB access, or no interest in lighting. The 294 mm depth is a firm fit check, and cable routing is part of the setup. Those constraints matter more than the broad feature list when deciding whether the mat belongs on your desk.

For most players choosing between a separate mouse pad and a single shared surface, the extended design keeps the keyboard and mouse on one coordinated area. Worth it for most players who want that layout and have the room. Measure first, compare the Black Friday 2026 listing details, and choose based on actual desk space.

Buying Guide

Measure your desk before checkout

The Razer Goliathus Chroma Extended Gaming Mouse Mat needs a 920 × 294 mm clear area. Measure the usable desk space, not just the tabletop’s full width, and account for monitor stands, controller docks, and cable paths.

Confirm the exact RGB model

The Razer Goliathus Chroma Extended Gaming Mouse Mat is the extended RGB version, not simply any Goliathus listing. Check the full name, Chroma feature, selected color, and product images before ordering.

Check connection and bundle details

The Razer Goliathus Chroma Extended Gaming Mouse Mat uses a USB connection for lighting. Confirm the listing’s included accessories and leave an accessible port available; bundled desk gear shown in photos is not automatically included.

Review seller terms and availability

The Razer Goliathus Chroma Extended Gaming Mouse Mat listing should clearly state stock, shipping, returns, and warranty details. Compare those terms during Black Friday 2026 and verify your selected variant in the cart.

Alternatives to Consider

• SteelSeries QcK Prism Cloth 3XL Gaming Mousepad: Choose the SteelSeries QcK Prism Cloth 3XL Gaming Mousepad if you prefer a larger desk-covering format and SteelSeries lighting features. Check its footprint against your desk before selecting it over the Razer mat.
• Corsair MM700 RGB Extended Mouse Pad: Choose the Corsair MM700 RGB Extended Mouse Pad if Corsair iCUE integration and its extended RGB setup fit your existing gear better. The Razer Goliathus Chroma Extended Gaming Mouse Mat is the more natural pick for a Razer Chroma-focused desk.
• HyperX Pulsefire Mat RGB Gaming Mouse Pad: Choose the HyperX Pulsefire Mat RGB Gaming Mouse Pad if you want to compare HyperX lighting and surface options. Check its dimensions and connection details side by side with the Razer mat before deciding.
