Secretlab MAGNUS Pro XL is a spacious sit-stand gaming desk with a 1770 x 800 mm desktop and an electric height range of 650–1250 mm. I researched and compared specs, reviews and owner feedback to assess what matters for a gaming setup: usable surface area, cable control, adjustability and what to check when Black Friday 2026 listings go live. Here's the bottom line: the desk makes the most sense for players building a substantial, tidy setup and planning to use the standing feature.

The Secretlab MAGNUS Pro XL is not a basic tabletop on legs. Its cable tray, integrated power column and magnetic accessory system are central to the design, so the desk suits people who want their PC, monitors and peripherals to feel like one organized station. The trade-off is a large footprint and a premium feature set that not every player needs. How much room does the Secretlab MAGNUS Pro XL need?

Secretlab MAGNUS Pro XL measures 1770 x 800 mm, so plan for a generous desk area and enough clearance around the frame. The broad work surface is useful for multiple monitors, a keyboard, a mouse mat and regularly used accessories. Measure the intended space before ordering, including room for the desk to move up and down.

The 800 mm depth gives a monitor setup more front-to-back room than a compact tabletop. That extra space helps keep a keyboard and mouse positioned comfortably without pushing a monitor right to the edge. Still, the desk's large footprint is a real consideration for smaller bedrooms, shared rooms and gaming corners.

Check the full room layout, not only the wall width. Account for the chair, drawers, PC placement and cable access. Secretlab MAGNUS Pro XL suits a dedicated gaming space best when its width and depth fit without blocking walking paths or other furniture.

Can the Secretlab MAGNUS Pro XL support sitting and standing?

Secretlab MAGNUS Pro XL adjusts from 650 to 1250 mm, providing an electric sit-stand range for different positions and preferences. Three programmable height presets let users save preferred settings and return to them using the control panel. The broad range is a major reason to consider this desk over a fixed-height gaming table.

A height-adjustable desk only helps if its positions suit the people using it. Check the measurements against your seated posture and standing setup, including chair height, monitor position and keyboard level. The desk adjusts the work surface; it does not automatically set an ergonomic posture or replace careful monitor placement.

The motorized frame adds convenience for players who switch positions during long sessions or use one desk for gaming and computer work. Secretlab MAGNUS Pro XL is less compelling for anyone who plans to keep a single fixed height. Think about how often you will use the adjustment before putting the feature high on your checklist.

How does the Secretlab MAGNUS Pro XL handle cables and power?

Secretlab MAGNUS Pro XL combines a full-length cable management tray with an integrated power column to route desk wiring more neatly. The tray sits behind the desktop, giving power bricks and excess cable length a designated place instead of leaving them loose around the work surface. That layout is especially useful when a setup includes several screens and peripherals.

Cable organization still depends on the equipment and how it is connected. Before buying, check where your PC, console and wall outlet will sit, then plan the cable paths and lengths. A tidy tray does not remove the need to manage slack or confirm that every device reaches the relevant power source.

The power-routing design is one of the defining features of Secretlab MAGNUS Pro XL, but the desk's full benefit appears when the setup is planned around it. Shoppers should check product details for included power components and confirm any region-specific requirements in the listing. The result aims for a cleaner setup without hiding the need for sensible cable planning.

What setup fits on the Secretlab MAGNUS Pro XL?

Secretlab MAGNUS Pro XL has a 1770 x 800 mm top and a 120 kg maximum load, giving many multi-monitor setups useful surface and support capacity. The stated load limit applies to the complete desk setup, so include the weight of monitors, arms, speakers, PC equipment and accessories when assessing your build.

The magnetic accessory ecosystem is designed to complement the desk and help organize a coordinated gaming station. Accessories can add convenience, but shoppers should not assume every add-on is included with the desk. Check the exact Black Friday 2026 listing for its bundled components, compatible accessories and finish options before checkout.

Players with a single monitor and a small keyboard setup can still use the Secretlab MAGNUS Pro XL, but the size and accessory system can be more desk than they need. Multi-monitor users and people who keep controllers, audio gear or other peripherals within reach are more apt to make use of its generous surface.

What should shoppers check in Secretlab MAGNUS Pro XL Black Friday deals?

Secretlab MAGNUS Pro XL Black Friday 2026 listings deserve a line-by-line comparison of finish, included accessories, seller, stock and return terms. A bundle can change the value of a deal, so check whether any magnetic accessories, cable tools or other extras are included or sold separately. Compare like-for-like desk configurations rather than relying on a headline.

Look closely at the product name and variant on the retailer page. Confirm the listing is for the XL model, then verify the desktop finish, delivery details and warranty information. Review the seller and fulfillment details as well, particularly when a marketplace presents several listings for what appears to be the same desk.

Stock and bundle contents can differ across retailers during a major shopping event. Keep a shortlist of the configurations that fit your room and setup, then revisit those exact listings when shopping. Secretlab MAGNUS Pro XL is a substantial purchase, so a complete listing check matters more than a fast click on a promotional badge.

What are the trade-offs of the Secretlab MAGNUS Pro XL?

Secretlab MAGNUS Pro XL brings a 1770 x 800 mm footprint and electric adjustment, but the size and feature set are not essential for every gaming setup. A smaller fixed-height desk can suit a compact room or a player who does not need standing positions. Consider the space and features you will actually use before choosing this desk.

The desk's integrated cable tray and magnetic accessory approach are strengths for an organized station, while also making the design more specialized than a plain tabletop. Shoppers who already own accessories should verify compatibility instead of assuming every mount or add-on will fit. Check the listing carefully for components that are included with the exact configuration.

Assembly and placement deserve planning because this is a large, motorized desk. Review the current setup instructions and delivery details, and make sure there is a clear route into the room. Secretlab MAGNUS Pro XL is a strong match for a purpose-built gaming space, but a smaller or simpler desk makes more sense when room, portability or minimal features lead the decision.

Buying Guide

Measure your gaming space first

Secretlab MAGNUS Pro XL needs a 1770 x 800 mm desk area, plus clearance for its height adjustment and your chair. Measure the room, doorways and planned placement before ordering. Include space for the PC, drawers and walking routes so the desk fits the complete setup rather than only the wall.

Match the height range to your setup

Secretlab MAGNUS Pro XL adjusts from 650 to 1250 mm, with three programmable height presets. Compare the range with your seated and standing posture, chair and monitor arrangement. Choose the desk for a sit-stand routine you expect to use, not just because the feature appears on the specification list.

Check the exact Black Friday listing

Secretlab MAGNUS Pro XL Black Friday 2026 listings can differ in finish, bundle contents, seller and stock. Verify the XL model name and read the included-items list. Check warranty, delivery and return terms before ordering, especially when comparing retailer pages or marketplace sellers.

Plan cables and accessories

Secretlab MAGNUS Pro XL includes an integrated cable-management design, but your PC and peripherals still need suitable cable routes. Map the location of the wall outlet, power devices and displays. Confirm accessory compatibility and whether desired magnetic add-ons are included or require a separate purchase.
