How We Picked
- We compared published camera specifications, including resolution, electronic stabilization and gimbal features.
- We checked advertised flight-time figures and whether manufacturers describe a single battery or combined battery runtime.
- We considered GPS features such as return-to-home, follow-me functions and waypoint flight where specified.
- We reviewed portability signals, including folding designs and published weight, and treated weight claims as manufacturer specifications.
- We used owner feedback and product documentation to identify who each drone suits, rather than relying on one headline feature.

Holy Stone HS720E vs Holy Stone HS175D: which drone is better?
The Holy Stone HS720E and Holy Stone HS175D share 4K cameras, GPS features and advertised combined flight time of up to 46 minutes with two batteries. The HS720E is the stronger choice for shoppers who want electronic image stabilization to help reduce camera shake. The HS175D earns its place with a listed weight of 215 grams and a foldable design.
Choose the HS720E when stabilized footage is the deciding factor; choose the HS175D when lower weight and portability lead your list. Both are recreational GPS drones rather than professional camera platforms, so expectations should match their feature sets. For Black Friday 2026, compare the bundle contents alongside the drone itself: a second battery, spare propellers and a carrying case change the usefulness of a package.
Which Holy Stone drone has the best camera?
The Holy Stone HS720G leads this group for mechanical camera stabilization with its 2-axis gimbal, while the HS720E pairs 4K capture with electronic image stabilization. Those features address different needs: a gimbal physically steadies camera movement, while electronic stabilization processes footage to reduce shake.
The Holy Stone HS175D, HS710 and HS510 also offer 4K cameras, but resolution alone does not guarantee smooth footage. Shoppers choosing between camera specifications should check stabilization type, adjustable camera angle and transmission features in the listing. The Holy Stone HS720 is the lower-resolution pick at 2K, a reasonable fit for casual clips when 4K is not a priority.
Which Holy Stone drone offers the longest flight time?
The Holy Stone HS720E and Holy Stone HS175D lead this guide with up to 46 minutes of advertised total flight time when using two batteries. That figure represents combined runtime, not one uninterrupted flight; actual time changes with wind, flight style, temperature and battery condition.
The Holy Stone HS720G advertises up to 26 minutes, the HS720 up to 26 minutes, the HS710 up to 25 minutes and the HS510 up to 15 minutes. Check whether a listing includes one battery or two before comparing packages. Extra batteries add useful flight opportunities, but each battery still needs charging between sessions.
Is the Holy Stone HS175D easier to carry than the HS720E?
The Holy Stone HS175D is the lighter carry choice at a listed 215 grams, compared with the Holy Stone HS720E's listed 495 grams. Both drones fold for storage, but the HS175D's lower weight is a clear advantage for shoppers who pack light or want a compact recreational setup.
Weight also matters for United States recreational drone rules: drones weighing 250 grams or more generally require FAA registration, subject to applicable exceptions and rules. Confirm the exact package weight and current FAA requirements before flying. A portable drone still needs safe handling, an unobstructed launch area and attention to local restrictions.
What should Black Friday 2026 shoppers compare before buying?
Black Friday 2026 shoppers should compare camera stabilization, battery count, listed weight and included accessories before choosing a Holy Stone drone. The headline camera resolution is only one part of the decision, especially for buyers choosing between the HS720E's EIS and the HS720G's gimbal.
Read the specific product listing carefully to confirm battery quantity, controller, charging equipment, spare propellers and carrying case. Check the seller, return terms and warranty details as well. A package that suits your flying plans is more valuable than a longer feature list you will not use. Beginners should also review the manual and local flight rules before the first outing.
Buying Guide
Choose your camera stabilization
The Holy Stone HS720E offers 4K video with electronic image stabilization, while the Holy Stone HS720G adds a 2-axis gimbal. Pick the stabilization style that fits your footage goals; do not treat the 4K label by itself as a guarantee of smooth video.
Check what the flight-time number means
The Holy Stone HS720E and Holy Stone HS175D advertise up to 46 minutes with two batteries combined. Confirm battery count in the Black Friday 2026 package and remember that manufacturer flight-time figures are not a promise of uninterrupted real-world runtime.
Match weight to your travel and rules
The Holy Stone HS175D has a listed weight of 215 grams, while the Holy Stone HS720E is listed at 495 grams. Review the exact weight and applicable local rules before flying, particularly if registration requirements are relevant to your location.
Review the package and seller details
Compare included batteries, spare propellers, chargers and carrying cases across Holy Stone drone listings. Check the seller, return terms and warranty information before checkout. Accessory bundles and product configurations can differ even when the model name is the same.
