The NETGEAR Orbi 770 Series Tri-Band WiFi 7 Mesh System (RBE773, 3-Pack) is a whole-home mesh system for people who need broad coverage, a newer WiFi standard, and room for a busy connected household. The package includes one router and two satellites, with NETGEAR-rated coverage up to 8,000 square feet and support for up to 100 devices. Those numbers make the RBE773 a strong fit for larger homes where a single router struggles to serve rooms across multiple floors.

Black Friday falls on November 27, 2026. Shoppers should compare the complete listing rather than judging a deal by the Orbi 770 name alone; pack size and included hardware affect the value. What does the NETGEAR Orbi 770 RBE773 package include?

The NETGEAR Orbi 770 Series Tri-Band WiFi 7 Mesh System (RBE773, 3-Pack) includes 1 router and 2 satellites. The router connects to your modem, while the satellites extend the mesh network into areas where the router’s signal is weaker. Confirm all three units appear in the Black Friday listing before ordering.

The three-pack suits a larger home or a layout with coverage gaps between floors or distant rooms. Placement matters: set the router near the modem, then position satellites where they can maintain a good link back to the mesh. Walls, building materials, and neighboring networks affect real-world performance, so NETGEAR’s coverage figure is a planning reference rather than a promise for every house.

Compare the listing name and model number, not just the Orbi 770 family label. Retailer pages can display several pack sizes under similar product titles, and a two-pack does not provide the same number of mesh nodes as the RBE773.

How fast is the NETGEAR Orbi 770 RBE773?

The NETGEAR Orbi 770 Series Tri-Band WiFi 7 Mesh System (RBE773, 3-Pack) is rated for combined wireless speeds up to 11 Gbps across its tri-band WiFi 7 network. The maximum is a theoretical combined figure, not the speed one device receives in every room or at every moment.

Actual internet speed depends on your broadband plan, modem, connected device, distance from a node, and interference in the home. A WiFi 7 phone or laptop can use newer WiFi capabilities, while older devices connect according to their own standards. The system remains useful in mixed-device homes, but older clients do not gain every WiFi 7 feature.

For a fair comparison, consider both wireless performance and wired needs. The RBE773 includes 2.5GbE wired networking, useful for compatible broadband equipment and wired devices. Check the exact port layout in the retailer’s specifications if a particular wired connection is essential to your setup.

How much area does the NETGEAR Orbi 770 RBE773 cover?

The NETGEAR Orbi 770 Series Tri-Band WiFi 7 Mesh System (RBE773, 3-Pack) is rated to cover up to 8,000 square feet. That makes the system a candidate for larger homes, multi-floor layouts, and spaces where one router leaves rooms with weak reception.

Coverage in a real home changes with the floor plan, construction materials, satellite placement, and nearby wireless networks. Use the rated figure as a starting point, then consider where you need a reliable connection most: bedrooms, home offices, entertainment areas, or a distant floor. Avoid placing satellites in a dead zone; each node needs a usable connection to the mesh.

A three-pack is not automatically the right fit for every shopper. Smaller homes can need fewer units, while unusually long or obstructed layouts can make placement more important than the headline square-foot rating. Check the return policy in case your home layout calls for a different arrangement.

Does the NETGEAR Orbi 770 RBE773 support WiFi 7 devices?

The NETGEAR Orbi 770 Series Tri-Band WiFi 7 Mesh System (RBE773, 3-Pack) supports WiFi 7 across 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz bands. WiFi 7-capable phones, computers, and other devices can use supported features when the device and network settings are compatible.

WiFi 7 is not a requirement for every connected product in the home. Older smart-home devices and laptops can connect using supported earlier WiFi standards, while newer clients can make use of compatible WiFi 7 capabilities. That makes the RBE773 a practical upgrade path for homes adding newer devices over time.

Check whether your broadband plan and your most important devices can benefit from a faster mesh network. The router cannot raise the speed supplied by your internet provider, and the experience still depends on location, device support, and network conditions.

What should shoppers check in a NETGEAR Orbi 770 Black Friday deal?

The NETGEAR Orbi 770 Series Tri-Band WiFi 7 Mesh System (RBE773, 3-Pack) Black Friday listing should clearly identify the model and include 1 router plus 2 satellites. Black Friday 2026 is November 27, so check retailer pages during the event and compare the complete package rather than relying on a short headline.

Review seller identity, shipping details, return window, warranty information, and whether the box is new and complete. A listing that groups several configurations on one page needs extra attention: select the RBE773 three-pack option and confirm the selected option remains visible in the cart.

Also look for bundle contents, color availability, stock status, and any included service trial. Subscription features can carry separate terms after a trial ends. A clear listing and a suitable return policy matter as much as the deal label when evaluating a home networking purchase.

Is the NETGEAR Orbi 770 RBE773 a good fit for a smart home?

The NETGEAR Orbi 770 Series Tri-Band WiFi 7 Mesh System (RBE773, 3-Pack) supports up to 100 devices, making it a good fit for households with phones, computers, televisions, cameras, and smart-home equipment. The three-node layout also helps distribute WiFi across a larger home.

Device count alone does not guarantee a smooth network. Placement, the quality of your broadband connection, and the demands of active devices all influence performance. Streaming, video calls, and file transfers running at the same time put more demand on a network than idle smart-home sensors.

Before buying, list your main coverage areas and any devices that benefit from wired networking. Check whether your modem and internet plan support the speed you want, and review NETGEAR’s current app and account requirements. The system is most compelling when you need the coverage and WiFi 7 features rather than a simple replacement for a small-home router.

Buying Guide

Confirm the exact model and pack size

Check for NETGEAR Orbi 770 Series Tri-Band WiFi 7 Mesh System (RBE773, 3-Pack) in the product title or specifications. Confirm the package has one router and two satellites. Similar Orbi 770 listings can use different configurations, and the node count affects how the system fits your home.

Match coverage to your floor plan

Use the up-to-8,000-square-foot rating as a reference, then account for floors, walls, and satellite placement. Identify rooms where the connection matters most. A well-positioned mesh node can serve those areas better than placing every unit at the edges of the home.

Read retailer and service terms

Review the seller, return policy, warranty details, and shipping information before ordering. Check whether listed security services or trials have separate subscription terms. Confirm the listing describes a new, complete RBE773 package and that the selected bundle remains the one shown at checkout.

Compare the whole deal, not only the headline

During Black Friday 2026, compare stock, bundle contents, color, retailer support, and delivery timing across listings. A clear three-pack listing with a suitable return window is easier to evaluate than a vague page that combines several Orbi configurations.
