What TVs fit the SANUS Elite Advanced Full-Motion TV Wall Mount (VLF728-B2)?
The SANUS Elite Advanced Full-Motion TV Wall Mount (VLF728-B2) supports televisions from 42 to 90 inches and up to 125 pounds. Confirming both measurements is essential: screen size alone does not establish compatibility. A TV within the size range still needs to stay under the weight limit and use a supported mounting pattern.
The mount accommodates VESA patterns from 200 x 100 to 600 x 400 mm. Check the four threaded mounting holes on the back of your TV or consult its manual for the exact pattern. Compare that measurement with the range before placing an order, and account for any adapter or accessory attached to the screen.
My practical checklist is simple: record the TV’s exact model, weight without its stand and VESA pattern, then compare all three with the product specifications. Skip it if your TV exceeds 125 pounds or its mounting pattern falls outside the supported range. A careful fit check makes a Black Friday purchase more useful than choosing by screen size alone.
How much movement does the SANUS Elite Advanced Full-Motion TV Wall Mount (VLF728-B2) offer?
The SANUS Elite Advanced Full-Motion TV Wall Mount (VLF728-B2) extends up to 28.75 inches, swivels up to 57 degrees and tilts from +5 to -15 degrees. Those adjustments help aim a large screen toward a couch, dining area or adjacent seating position instead of fixing it flat against the wall.
The arm’s reach also helps when you need to connect a cable or reach a port behind the TV. Pull the screen forward for access, then return it toward the wall when the room layout calls for a tidier position. The full-motion design is especially useful when a TV sits in a corner or viewers watch from more than one direction.
Room geometry affects how much of the rated swivel range you can use. A nearby side wall, cabinet or oversized screen can limit movement, so measure the intended location and consider where the TV’s edges travel as the arm turns. Buyers seeking a permanently close-to-wall position should compare the mount’s extended-arm design with their desired installation style.
Is the SANUS Elite Advanced Full-Motion TV Wall Mount (VLF728-B2) difficult to install?
The SANUS Elite Advanced Full-Motion TV Wall Mount (VLF728-B2) needs a secure wall installation with accurate measurements, correctly placed fasteners and a TV that stays within its weight limit. Full-motion arms place leverage on the wall as the TV extends, so careful attachment matters more than simply lining up the screen at eye level.
Before installation, identify the wall construction and stud locations, confirm the mount’s instructions for your surface, and plan the screen’s final height. Check the space behind the TV for cable connections and make sure the arm can travel without striking nearby furniture or trim. Keep the installation hardware and instructions organized while laying out the parts.
A second person can help position a large television safely during mounting. Follow the included manufacturer instructions rather than choosing fasteners by appearance, and seek qualified installation help if the wall material or stud layout is unclear. Owners who prefer a quick, minimal-adjustment installation should consider whether a full-motion mount suits their comfort level.
What should I check about wall and stud compatibility?
The SANUS Elite Advanced Full-Motion TV Wall Mount (VLF728-B2) requires a wall location that supports its mounting method and the load of the TV. Confirm the permitted wall types and attachment details in the product instructions before drilling; the TV’s weight and the arm’s extension make secure wall attachment a key part of the decision.
Locate the studs and compare their spacing and position with the wall plate and installation template. Measure twice so the mounted TV lands at the intended height and can move through the space you planned. Check for electrical wiring, plumbing and other obstructions before making holes, and do not rely on drywall alone unless the manufacturer’s instructions explicitly allow that installation.
Wall layouts differ, so do not assume that a mount will land at the exact screen position you want simply because the TV fits its VESA range. Review the included instructions for your particular wall and mounting hardware. When the construction is uncertain, an experienced installer can verify the attachment plan before the large TV goes on the arm.
What should I look for in SANUS TV mount Black Friday deals?
The SANUS Elite Advanced Full-Motion TV Wall Mount (VLF728-B2) Black Friday 2026 listings are worth comparing by included hardware, retailer bundle, color availability and stock. A useful offer is one that supplies the mount and installation materials you need, matches your TV and arrives in time for your planned installation.
Check the listing’s exact model number before ordering, since similar SANUS mounts can have different size limits, arm reach or included accessories. Read the package contents and return terms, and see whether a retailer bundles cable-management items or installation services. Compare the same model across retailers so the product details remain consistent.
Stock can change as shoppers add large-screen accessories to their carts. Save the VLF728-B2 listing, review the retailer’s delivery and pickup options, and confirm the color and contents at checkout. A bundle is useful only when the included items work with your television and room, so compare practical details instead of judging a deal by its headline.
Is the SANUS Elite Advanced Full-Motion TV Wall Mount (VLF728-B2) right for your room?
The SANUS Elite Advanced Full-Motion TV Wall Mount (VLF728-B2) suits a room where viewers need a large TV to swivel, tilt or extend away from the wall. Its 28.75-inch reach is especially relevant when seating is off-center or the screen’s rear connections need regular access.
Think about where the TV will sit when the arm is fully extended and when it is returned toward the wall. Measure nearby doors, shelving, windows and furniture, then consider how a 42- to 90-inch screen will move through that space. The 57-degree maximum swivel is a published limit, not a guarantee that every room allows the TV to turn that far without obstruction.
A fixed viewing position and a preference for a very close wall fit point toward a different mount style. For the VLF728-B2, the value comes from adjustability, so make sure the room will use that movement. Compare the cost-free details that matter on Black Friday—compatibility, package contents, delivery and return terms—before choosing a listing.
