Uncharted Legacy of Thieves vs Uncharted 4 Black Friday 2026

As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.

Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection and Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End are closely connected, but they are not the same purchase. The PS5 and PC collection bundles Uncharted 4 with Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, while the original PS4 release of Uncharted 4 contains Nathan Drake’s adventure alone. The right pick depends on your platform and whether you want one story or two.

I researched and compared game contents, platform details, upgrade features, reviews, and owner feedback to make this Black Friday 2026 guide practical. Here’s the bottom line: choose Legacy of Thieves for two adventures and PS5 enhancements, or choose Uncharted 4 for the focused PS4 original. Worth it for most players who enjoy cinematic action, exploration, and story-driven campaigns.

How We Picked

• Compared the number of included games and the story content in each edition.
• Checked platform compatibility across PS5, PS4, PC, and PS Vita.
• Considered visual and performance upgrades described for the PS5 and PC collection.
• Reviewed player feedback and product details to flag edition differences, including physical bonus content.
• Prioritized picks that serve distinct needs instead of treating every release as interchangeable.

Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves vs. Uncharted 4: Which should you buy?

Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection bundles Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy. Choose it on PS5 or PC for both campaigns; choose the standalone Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End for PS4 if you want Nathan Drake’s final main adventure on that system.

For Black Friday 2026, confirm the platform and included games on the listing. The collection suits players who want both stories and own a compatible system.

What games are included in Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection?

Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection includes Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End, starring Nathan Drake, and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy, starring Chloe Frazer and Nadine Ross. Both are single-player action-adventure campaigns.

The collection does not include the original three games. Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection is a separate PS4 purchase. Check the product title to distinguish a collection from a standalone game.

Does Uncharted 4 work on PS5, PS4, and PC?

Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End is available on PS4 and in Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection for PS5 and PC. The PS5 collection includes The Lost Legacy and platform-specific enhancements; the PC edition requires a compatible Windows computer.

Existing PS4 owners should check the PlayStation Store listing and account entitlements for current upgrade details. PC buyers should compare system requirements with their hardware and storage. Always match the platform label to your system.

Is Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection worth buying before Uncharted 4?

Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection contains the three earlier Nathan Drake games for PS4. Playing them first gives the story’s background, but they are not required before Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End or Uncharted: The Lost Legacy.

Choose the collection for three earlier campaigns. Choose Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection for the two later campaigns on PS5 or PC, or buy Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End for PS4.

What should you check before buying an Uncharted game on Black Friday 2026?

Confirm the platform, included games, and physical or digital format. Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection includes two campaigns; Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection includes three; standalone releases include one game each.

Read listings for exact contents and condition, especially for pre-owned copies and special editions. For digital purchases, check the platform account and store terms. Matching the edition to your system and backlog helps avoid duplicates or incompatible purchases.
