Watch Dogs 2 and Far Cry 6 deliver two very different open-world adventures, and the right Black Friday 2026 pick depends on whether you want clever hacking or chaotic combat. Watch Dogs 2 puts you in the role of Marcus Holloway, a hacker navigating San Francisco. Far Cry 6 sends Dani Rojas into a fight against a dictator on the fictional island of Yara. Both games have one-player campaigns, mature ratings and editions with extra content.
I researched and compared specs, reviews and owner feedback to help match each edition to its platform and play style. Here's the bottom line: choose Watch Dogs 2 for stealth, gadgets and co-op missions, or Far Cry 6 for a dramatic setting, weapons and two-player campaign co-op. Check the product edition as carefully as the console version; Gold and Ultimate editions include additional content that the standard game does not.
