The Black Friday 2026 choice between Magic Keyboard for iPad and Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra starts with a simple distinction: Apple sells a keyboard for a compatible iPad, while Samsung sells a tablet that works with separately purchased keyboard covers. I researched and compared specs, reviews and owner feedback to identify the strongest options for different budgets and work styles.

Apple’s Magic Keyboard range suits iPad owners who want a laptop-like typing setup, a trackpad and a floating hinge. Samsung’s Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra is the all-in-one option, with a 14.6-inch screen, Android software and an S Pen in the box. My pick for most people is to buy for the tablet you already own; switching ecosystems for a keyboard alone rarely makes sense.

How We Picked

• Compatibility: we prioritized each keyboard’s exact iPad or Galaxy Tab size and generation.
• Typing and navigation: we compared trackpad availability, key layout and laptop-style positioning.
• Display and tablet value: we considered screen size, resolution, refresh rate and included accessories.
• Everyday ownership: we weighed portability, protection, storage options and the convenience of an all-in-one tablet.
• Black Friday usefulness: we focused on products with clear strengths, so shoppers can judge value without relying on a discount claim.
